Who provides this website

This website is provided by Abul Khair Welfare Organization, registered with the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of Bangladesh under Reg No. Brahman 615/24, of Baishmouja River Bank, Birgaon, Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria 3410, Bangladesh.

Information on this site

We publish the numbers we hold and we say where they come from. Where our own records disagree, we publish the lower figure and say so. Even so, information here is provided for general purposes and may become out of date between updates. Nothing on this website is medical advice. The free clinic offers primary care and referral; if you have a medical emergency, go to a hospital rather than waiting for a Friday.

Donations

Donations are processed by GiveWP and the payment gateway you select. By donating you confirm that the money is yours to give and that the details you enter are correct. Amounts are in Bangladeshi taka unless the payment page says otherwise. We record your gift against the program you choose, or against general funds if you do not choose one, and we may move a restricted gift to general funds if the program is already fully funded, having told you first. Our donation refund policy explains what happens if a gift is made in error.

Photographs and content

The text, photographs and reports on this website belong to Abul Khair Welfare Organization unless stated otherwise. You may quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not use our photographs in advertising, in fundraising by any other organization, or in any way that implies we endorse something we do not. Photographs of identifiable people are published with their permission, and we will remove any image at the request of the person in it or their family.

Your use of this site

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit forms automatically, send abusive or misleading content through our forms, or use this website to collect data about our donors, staff or the people we serve.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organization, we do so because the material is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We take reasonable care with this website but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or that it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
